The Security Council has authorized only three wars in its history: the Korean War (while the Soviet Union was boycotting the Council), a 1960s intervention in Congo, and the first Gulf war. That there have been numerous wars since 1945 would suggest that the U.N. Charter has been violated repeatedly. But while one could argue that all those wars were technically illegal, most legal experts concede the legitimacy of customary, not just statutory, law—meaning widely accepted actual practices can, over time, become as legitimate as written rules.
I would like to point out that it was the US in all 3 instances, that only the US has ever asked for permission to use military force.
It was a Russian General who pointed that out before Gulf War, Part 2.
I’d also like to point out that if you use the simple test that we’re at “war” when we send people to other countries to try to kill them, and vice versa, we’ve been at war with Iraq since 1991, that this is all just a new battle in an old war, one with UN approval.
Fuck France.

The whole concept of legal or illegal war is just stupid. The only thing that counts is winning. After you do that then you can put the losing bastards on trial for war crimes. If we don’t get our shit together blowing out schools and beheading people will be legal, while pointing at a small dick will be a war crime. Hoorah!

Though i do hate France incredibly, it is not for not supporting the u.s (it is for extreme cowardice in not even defending their own country) the reason we have to legalise war is so empire-building forces (such as nazi Germany) cannot simply invade who they want. As the u.s does. There isnt even any point in the u.s being in the UN if they ignore their verdicts anyway.

I laughed my ass off when www.fuckfrance.com was hacked by a 12 year old not once not twice but 3 times.. ROFL. the hacker changed members names and passwords, and banned members etc. The mods as usual didnt know what hit them. I knew the MODS were rookie network admins.This just proves it. Whats funny is how they acted like babies and created threads busting on the hacker. Then the hacker turned around and hit them again right in that thread…LOL fuckfrance.com idiot Mods the lot of ‘em. Get rid of the MODS Linh/Shon they are clueless no wonder your crappy software doesnt sell. Its a hackers dream. XP sucks
