Despite ernie, my socialist comment troll's opinion, I am not a Repulican Theocrat. So this story pisses me off.
I think that we should have both women and queens in the military.
( Yes, I know the queens comment is offensive. I never said I was nice, just tolerant.)

Outrageous indeed. But for me, even more outrageous than his being canned for being gay is the fact that he had his personal life investigated for posting a picture of a blown-up vehicle. It sounds like the commander was looking for a reason to can him, and if it hadn’t turned out he was gay, he’d have looked for some other excuse in the man’s background. Sounds like for this particular commander, an inability or refusal to stay perfectly on message is assumed to be evidence of some deep character flaw.
