Opinionated Bastard: Mr. President, are we better off now then we were four years ago?
President Bush: No, but we’re better off then we were after 9/11. The bursting of the dot-com bubble, the corporate scandals, and the attacks by Al Queda took a lot out of our country, and our economy. That’s why its important to make sure they don’t happen again. The best way to ensure that is to help bring the Middle East into the rest of the modern, peaceful, democratic world.

Senator Kerry: No, we’ve lost 1.6 million jobs since 2000, this administration…
Opinionated Bastard: [cuts him off] Senator Kerry, since President Bush didn’t take office until January 20th, 2001, and we’ve gained 2 million jobs since January 31st, 2001, couldn’t you argue that this administration has created 2 million jobs?
Senator Kerry: Did you know I served in Vietnam?
