Camille Pagila summarizes all my frustrations with Iraq, Bush, and the Democratic Party.
She’s clearly on the opposite site of me politically (she voted for Nader?) yet, as she points out, the Republican party has become the party of liberty…she says every feminist in America should support the career of Condi…

The Republican party is the party of “liberty”?
Really?
I thought the GOP were for “security”?
Then I have to go back to good ole ben franklin’s comments on liberty and security.
NSA wiretaps? Going thorugh our library records? Holding US citizens as enemy combatants, not eligible for Geneva rights or Habeus Corpus rights?
Christ, give me the socialist- liberty killing dems any day over the virtuous GOP.
Liberty without a CONSCIENCE is not liberty at all, but deluded slavery.Freedom and Liberty, if they mean anything must include equality. Liberty does not mean the right to exploit the poor to acquire riches.

Ernie, haven’t you figured out by now that I always quote the most provocative things in order to get people to actually read the article?
Go read the article you lazy bum. You’ll like it, she is obviously progressive, but her criticism of the powers that be in the Democratic party is dead on.

Ernie,
Know anyone whose been wiretapped?
It’s a friggen myth.
What’s going on is this: In 1944, US and UK intel people were listening in on German and Japanese communications, and we all figured it was a fair part of war. That’s because the Germans and Japanese were stupid, and used radios and codes and stuff like that. Achmed’s a lot smarter, you see, and he’s figured out that if he’s got some terror plans to discuss with the bomb boys, all he’s got to do is make it a THREE WAY CALL and include an American party on the line, and Harry Reid and Ted Kennedy will protect his right to talk shop without any American interference.
And holding Americans as enemy combatants is a problem? What do you think happens if they ARE enemy combatants? What do you think happened in 1944 to enemy soldiers with US citizenship? Did you know that by serving in a foreign military force engaged in hostilities with the US, your citizenship can be revoked? So it really doesn’t matter, does it? Anyone we catch on the other side… is on the other side.
All you hear about our liberties beign taken away, is crap. Since 9-11, all I’ve lost is the freedom to take a bottle of soda onto an airplane. Big Whoop. What about my freedom to live without terror attacks?

“Liberty does not mean the right to exploit the poor to acquire riches.”
Actually, yes, yes it does. It means exactly that. That’s why it rocks so much, Ernie. You should try getting a better job; you’ll feel better about yourself, and about life, in general. You’re welcome for the free tip. The next one will cost you, though.

Not getting the love you want at home?
Seriously, though, I think it’s pretty awesome how what could have been a formidible foe is busy fighting itself, and this is happening on two sides of a country that thinks it’s going to have the free time to build nuclear weapons in the next decade. If you don’t see genius in action, it’s because you’re retarded. Which you are.
OK, bye bye, Ernie. Grown-ups have grown-up things to do now.

Freud boy, you show how weak you truly are.
And by implying that the Iraq civil war is neato because we are keeping them from “deveolping nukes”…another lie your emotionally stunted ass uses to keep your tiny little self “safe”.
Interpreted through reality: killing iraqi kids is neato and fun! women and old people dead…great! fucking up young american sodiers for lives of missing limbs and neuroses! great!
in short, eat shit nerd. your type are destroying the country, and you know it. you also know WE HATE YOU. talk that shit on the street asshole and see what happens.
Nice response, no further attention needed here.
